Customer reviews for Chelmsford Self Storage

I recently used Yellow Storage and Ryan has been excellent from start to finish. He was so friendly, professional, approachable and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. No question was ever too much trouble, and he always took the time to answer everything I needed help with. Moving house can be stressful, but Ryan made everything so much easier and straightforward. The customer service I received was fantastic and I felt supported the whole way through. I would highly recommend Yellow Storage to anyone needing storage or help whilst moving house, and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Second time using Big Yellow Storage and once again they’ve been brilliant. Helpful, efficient and genuinely friendly from start to finish. Big shoutout to Lee and Ryan who made everything really easy and stress-free. They also gave some great local recommendations - including Van Vire for the move, who were excellent too. Really good customer service makes such a difference during a move, and these guys absolutely delivered. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

Ryan and Lee both really helpful. Any questions or issues I had were sorted asap. Very accommodating and competitively priced. Would definitely come back if I needed storage in the future.
