I thought the process would very daunting, but Dave, Ryan and everyone at this facility made it extremely easy and put my mind at ease. Good quality storage and am very happy.

Ryan took the time to explain everything, check that the room was what I needed, showed me the room prior to any agreement and was both personable and professional throughout. He emphasised they would strive to resolve any problems.

I have confidence in the security and care for my stored items, and whenever I've needed to speak to staff about things they have always been friendly and helpful. Recent example with our downsizing one unit size - clear explanations, showed us the new unit size options, held the new unit for a couple of weeks (until we had help available) and the switch on the day was seamless - thank you.
