Ryan took the time to explain everything, check that the room was what I needed, showed me the room prior to any agreement and was both personable and professional throughout. He emphasised they would strive to resolve any problems.

Excellent customer service. Ryan is an exceptional communicator. The whole team acknowledged me and were super friendly. Lee introduced himself and explained he’d be on duty the next day.
