Excellent friendly and helpful staff

a) QR entry & exit codes/scanners b) Perhaps even expand QR code entry to the rooms/lockers c) Make it look less like a maze - colour coded routes painted on the floors? colour coded corridors?

The overall experience to date has been exceptional. In particular Ryan the manager has been exceptional in regard to customer quality of service

Staff very helpful, explained how to access the unit. Showed us to our storage unit, took us through all aspects of how the get the best from using the area.

Friendly team , answered all our questions. Dave was great accommodating our later move in. Made the process easy and hassle-free.

Ryan was incredibly helpful when we checked in, and even called in advance to find out if we had any questions. He also moved us to a better storage room on the day, which was so kind!
