Gareth was super helpful on the phone and then John made everything easy as we checked in. Having to tap in the very long code every time entering the building is annoying when have many loads to take.

Gareth explained the way things worked and arranged a very reasonable fee for our storage needs. I booked everything online and then came into reception where another very helpful young man explained all the documentation and access etc. It was all carried out very efficiently and in a very friendly and helpful manner. We had to access the store out of opening hours and found everything really easy to do.

Initial contact fine, and need to delay owing to external circumstances handled fine. I entered all required info , including list and value of items, online before attending site. In view of this preparation, the time taken to complete the paperwork when I arrived on site was far too long - at least half an hour! Yhis needs to be more streamlined.
