Very easy. Only comment would be that initials should be required only once after reading the documents and not 20 times for every point.

Terry was extremely friendly, professional and helpful from the beginning. He explained how things worked, gave us advice about what size storage room we would need. He carefully led us through the different procedures, paperwork etc we needed to do, and was very patient with us.

It was really easy to book and move. Staff is very very helpful and friendly.
