John helped me a lot with choosing the right fit to my needs and he also helped me understanding the contract and all the details. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Friendly and quick service. Good online registration too. But it doesn't seem to show the address when online booking, only the town - that could be a hassle if there are more than one stores in a town!
We were talked through everything initially by John. There was no pressure sell and we felt comfortable big yellow would be a good place to use. Once we finally ready we spoke on phone to Terry who was equally helpful and sorted out everything we required and explained what we needed to do. Only downside of the check in on line was that video didn’t work so couldn’t proceed to complete. When I phoned I was reassured it would be ok and just to do what I could. Arriving at store we were looked after by Gareth who went through everything once more and was very efficient . All 3 were friendly, cheerful, helpful and efficient.
All contact was very easy apart from the completion of inventory etc would have been easier if I could have sent my own inventory list and after completing the payment part I had to do it all again at reception so pointless exercise
The first call was with Gareth, who also happened to be the person I checked in with. He was very friendly and helpful, offering me a good quote on long term storage. The entire process was simple, and I feel confident about storing things at the warehouse. Having worked in customer service roles when I was younger I'm very aware that front facing staff reflect how well the company treats them more than anything else. Gareth was endlessly upbeat and pleasant to work with. With many bigger companies taking their staff for granted, I'm pleased to be doing business with a company where this doesn't seem to be a problem!
Gareth made it so easy for me. I had a lot of moving parts and this was the first time I had ever had to do logistics on this scale and they just had an answer and a solution to every problem, taking all the issues away and just handling it all. Excellent.
The team at the Cheltenham site were unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Everyone i dealt with couldn't have been more helpful.
10/10 Terry was efficient professional polite informative and very speedy as I only had 10 mins to gather info before a dental appointment
