All three times i have made contact @ Cheltenham i have been met with very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, (nothing to much trouble) attitude. firstly (Soz no name) on popping in for info was shown around the different sizes, procedures and best way to keep the cost down all very helpful and cheerful. On the phone (Young lady soz no name) I told what I wanted to achieve and she bent over backwards to use all the deals Big Yellow were offering. On arrival, payment at reception, again shown around with enthusiasm by Gareth ( hooray i remembered a name). Gareth was a pleasant guy and I was even happy to contribute to your Charity All three a credit to your company

Very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. I had travelled down from Lincoln and I was offered a cup of Tea. Thank you.
