Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. Helpful and negated having to phone around for comparison quotes. Process very relaxed and easy.

Initial enquiry was by visiting the Newcastle branch to ask about a unit in Cheltenham. The team were extremely helpful and set up the initial quote and discount. I then received an extremely friendly and helpful call from the Cheltenham manager (John) to finalise arrangements. Excellent customer service!

Charlotte was amazing and Terry gave me a great offer as I had found cheaper elsewhere! Great service and Charlotte stayed abit late so I could get my stuff in after work. Thank you!

The member of staff I spoke with at the Cheltenham BYS (Terry) was incredibly helpful - he understood that I was tight for money and applied a significant discount, which he then applied a further 10% discount to in order to match a competitor. The staff were also friendly and very helpful and I found the process stress-free. I am very grateful for Terry's assistance and would definitely recommend the BYS to people I know based on the customer service and ease of use of the facilities.
