Very easy and relaxed. Everything is done at your own pace. Staff are on hand to help if required but do not hassle you.

Excellent service. I messed up delivery and there was nobody to unload a 20 ft shipping container. The staff helped me and the driver - no idea what I would have done otherwise. They are amazing.
