Very friendly and efficient

The staff were fantastic, even making me a badly needed cup of tea when I arrived to do the paperwork! With the 50% off for 8 weeks excellent value.

Storage facility is very clean and tidy, easy access and well laid out. The best thing of all is the attitude and helpfulness of the staff here.

I obtained quotes from all of the storage providers in the area. I went to the 'UK's largest provider' although they were more expensive, to arrange some storage. I was amazed at the inflexible approach from the staff member who dealt with me there. I decided to go to Big Yellow instead. Am I glad that I did. I was greeted by Neil. It was immediately obvious that Neil was the complete opposite to the man that I had seen earlier at Big Yellow's competitors. Neil gave me a personal 'tour' of the available facilities. The paperwork was done very efficiently and I was able to move my goods in within a very short time. The impressive facilities and customer service are second to none.

The staff at big yellow were professional, thoughtful and thorough. They made the process really easy and pleasant. John was particularly helpful and upbeat despite his support for arsenal!

Friendly and helpful staff, removals offered also at cheap rates, they will store your goods for you also which saves you having to be present, if it is a house move storage it saves valuable time

On looking for storage I decided to use Big Yellow quite simply for the customer service I received. Laura in the Cheltenham branch was excellent and friendly right from the initial enquiry through to 'moving in'. She could not have been more helpful.

Fantastic service. Staff are brilliant, which is most unusual nowadays - nothing is too much trouble. They even made me a coffee. Facilities are A1. Clean and very secure. Highly recommended.
