Straightforward. Very pleasant young lady who was cheerful and helpful, answering all our questions and making the process hassle free. Even offered us coffee which was a nice touch

Easy in a very difficult and stressful time. All very good indeed. Made me feel optimistic about our moves!

John made the experience stress free- I got the unit size wrong but he reassured me this wasn't a problem and quickly showed me to a larger unit. He took his time and talked me through the whole process even offering us a cup of tea. He mad a horrible task a whole lot easier!
