Always helpful service. Difficult to see inside when moving things around/searhing for stuff sometimes so additional lighting would be useful.

Very useful when I was moving house myself and then my girlfriend was moving in with me. We were able to store loads of stuff until we were ready for the new house. Helpful staff. I have used Big Yellow several times now.

As a first timer to long term storage, I found the friendly, efficient staff absolutely marvellous to deal with in my local Cheltenham branch. The storage rooms were ideal for my needs and the ability to come and go, to uplift items or drop off new items is perfect, adjusting your insurance as necessary.
