Storing essential business documents which you do not need day to day can be a problem for the home worker so the yellow box solution solves the problem.
With excellent customer service it was much easier to arrange than I thought and with the password system It's really so easy and convenient to get in and out.

Even with introductory offers the overall cost of storage adds up to quite a lot overtime, though this is no worse than similar alternatives elsewhere. The store staff are helpful and courteous. The space is clean and tidy and easy to get in and out of. As with all necessities in life it has to be paid for, but I would try and avoid storage if at all possible!
As a first timer to long term storage, I found the friendly, efficient staff absolutely marvellous to deal with in my local Cheltenham branch. The storage rooms were ideal for my needs and the ability to come and go, to uplift items or drop off new items is perfect, adjusting your insurance as necessary. Very useful when I was moving house myself and then my girlfriend was moving in with me. We were able to store loads of stuff until we were ready for the new house. Helpful staff. I have used Big Yellow several times now.
