The storage space and corridors are clean, dry and well-lit, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The Cheltenham Store was easily accessible for unloading your items onto a trolley and getting into your unit. The staff were excellent, polite and helping you with any questions you threw at them about the store facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If they didn't know an answer they phoned you at home very quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone

From my initial enquiry by email and phone, to face to face service in store, I cannot fault the customer service offered by the Big Yellow staff at Cheltenham. I remember commenting at the time that it was a refreshing change to be treated like a human being, with courtesy and respect, and a genuine willingness to help. Discounts were offered and advice given and the whole process made what could have been a very difficult time for me, a breeze. I heartily recommend Big Yellow Cheltenham and it's staff to anyone in need of temporary or long term storage.

Storing essential business documents which you do not need day to day can be a problem for the home worker so the yellow box solution solves the problem.

With excellent customer service it was much easier to arrange than I thought and with the password system It's really so easy and convenient to get in and out.

Always incredibly courteous and helpful staff. Very easy to gain access and once you have got used to the trolleys they are excellent. Thought it was expensive for the space we had and the location became inconvenient (only because we moved to the other side of the town).

Even with introductory offers the overall cost of storage adds up to quite a lot overtime, though this is no worse than similar alternatives elsewhere. The store staff are helpful and courteous. The space is clean and tidy and easy to get in and out of. As with all necessities in life it has to be paid for, but I would try and avoid storage if at all possible!

With helpful staff who guided me through the whole process,so I got the right size space the first time and I was able to fill it the same day. With easy access, plenty of equipment for moving loads from my vehicle to the storage area. The whole thing is brilliant.
