I wanted an online quote to give approx costs. Big Yellow Self Storage was simple and quote recieved after entering relevant details. Competitor site did not provide a quote even after entering similar information but said someone was going to call instead which I didn't want. This meant they wasted their own time by calling and more importantly my time by making me complete the online form unneccessarily and unwanted telephone call. Suffice to say Big Yellow Self Storage got my business. Thankyou

Big yellow provided a fast and economical way for me to move out of my house beforhaving to, this gave me the peace of mind and relaxed couple of days for my move, I only needed Big Yellow storage for 3 days and was suprised at the service I was given for such a short period, Well done Dig yellow Storage

My first experience of storage. I needed to park the contents of my attic for a few weeks to allow builders to do some work. Just a 'small' customer, with no prospect of the Big Yellow makiing a fortune out of me. My needs were assessed and the right deal was arrived at. Very courteous and professional staff. Thanks Guys.

The service we received has been exceptional. The staff have aways been happy, friendly and very informative - taking the stress out of moving. The only issue I have is with the invoicing, which I can understand working for longer storage but for short term I thought it was overly complicated.

From my initial enquiry by email and phone, to face to face service in store, I cannot fault the customer service offered by the Big Yellow staff at Cheltenham. I remember commenting at the time that it was a refreshing change to be treated like a human being, with courtesy and respect, and a genuine willingness to help. Discounts were offered and advice given and the whole process made what could have been a very difficult time for me, a breeze. I heartily recommend Big Yellow Cheltenham and it's staff to anyone in need of temporary or long term storage.

The Cheltenham Store was easily accessible for unloading your items onto a trolley and getting into your unit. The staff were excellent, polite and helping you with any questions you threw at them about the store facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for them. If they didn't know an answer they phoned you at home very quickly. I would recommend this store to anyone

The storage space and corridors are clean, dry and well-lit, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful.
