Thanks to the staff at Cheltenham for the effecient and pleasant manner the whole process was yesterday when we stored our newly arrived container of furntiure. Very good experience high;y recommended
The check-in at reception was great both chaps were absolutely lovely and very helpful, friendly and welcoming (sorry I didn’t take their names!) This was a huge relief and I’m looking forward to using the facility I have booked now as seems like it will be pretty straightforward and now I know how friendly they are I won’t be worried about asking for help. This takes some of the stress out of moving.
