Used Big Yellow for a short-term unit between moves, and then for a long-term (approx 3 years) unit for things that wouldn't fit in our home. Both experiences were easy and straightforward. All of the staff I dealt with were helpful and pleasant, the units were easy to access and use, and the admin process was easy enough both to start and close out. Using storage isn't a fun or glamorous endeavour, so having a transparent and easy process was much appreciated!
