I dealt with Jeff in the Chester store. My requirement has been on-joint since September 2019 when Made my initial contact, since then due to weather delaying my Redrow new-build, then Covid-19 the goal-posts have change many times. Jeff has always been there to offer a solution and has been brilliant throughout the entire time. I also visited our local store in Fratton, and they too have been exceptional.

It was spot on. Considering we were running late Jeff a member of the team stay late for us to thoroughly explain the process and answer any questions we had couldn't thank him enough. We would defiantly recommend.
