flexibility on timing and helpfulness

As soon as I booked online, a manager called me on phone to provide me with details of the move. On-line check-in made move in day processes smoother and less time demanding.

Very quick to set up. The team accommodated my request for removal company to access storage in my absence. Altogether helpful and efficient.

The customer service was brilliant. I think it was Jeff Banks we dealt with? But he was fantastic and looked after us really well.

The whole set up is reassuringly safe and secure. The staff I dealt with gave good customer service and the price is good value for money.

Everything was explained so clearly. Then we were shown exactly where our storage room was and what we had to do when we visited/left
