On arriving at big yellow to sign and check firstly I was offered a cup of tea which was lovely after a 2and a half hour journey. Before finalising Jeff changed the room to one nearer the goods lift due to myself and my husband being disabled which was kind and showed us the room to make sure we were happy before signing. Check was straight forward and with friendly staff, what more could we ask for. Thank you Jeff!!!
