Very smooth experience, company called me multiple times to check if i was happy with the room size & i managed to get a great deal on a locker over summer. When i arrived, i was greeted by Jeff who was very polite and helpful, and explained everything very clearly. would definitely recommend to uni students leaving their items over the summer, saves multiple trips!
