I have had a unit at the Chester Depot for approx 3 years - Jeff set it up for me and has looked after me from the outset - I cannot fault the service that I have received whilst I have been a customer - I would recommend this depot to any friends wanting to rent a unit and if Jeff provides them with the same level of service that he has given to me then I know that they will be in very capable hands - thank you Jeff you have been truly amazing

No issues, really smooth check in process. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation. No annoying spam calls or emails like other providers! 10/10
You must try these guys, they are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much . The units , areas and toilet facilities are spotless. Prices are competative too. If you need storage , these are a must.

All staff are very helpful, especially Kasia and Sara. Always have a smile on their face and are extremely welcoming. I’ve been here almost every day and any problem has been solved within minutes by them. 5 star
