It was a breeze thanks to Jeff, only took a few minutes to do the paperwork and withing 30 minutes had dropped off a load of items.

Overall all the staff I have spoken/dealt have been super polite and friendly without being fake, very helpful and efficient. Everything has been explained clearly.

Really helpful and friendly staff

The Staff at Big Yellow in Chester, especially Jeff, made my enquiries and resulting use of the facilities go smoothly. There were a lot of checks and information needed than i thought. However, in regards to the situation, they were all adequate and actually gave me a more secure feeling towards storing my furniture there. I was shown the room that I initially thought might be adequate but upon realising I would need more space. I was immediately shown another larger room without any fuss. The staff were always friendly and easy to deal with, either in person, or on the telephone. The move in itself went smoothly. There were sufficient facilities, easy access and everything looked clean.

It was handled brilliant. Lauren and Jeff J. were absolutely amazing and helpful the whole time.

We we booked the storage and I checked the type of padlock required and was shown one and was told the only requirement was that it had to be a sufficient standard. I then purchased a security lock from B&Q Smith & Locke Stainless Steel Waterproof Disc Padlock. When I arrived at the storage facility I was informed that the lock was unsuitable and would have to be changed for a more appropriate one, which was additional cost of £8.00. Very Unhappy and would like this re-reimbursed
