The two Geoffs have been really helpful, informative, flexible, reliable..... and also a good laugh. They explained everything carefully, showed me around and checked that I knew everything that was necessary to make the stress of a house move less stressful. Thank you.

Very helpful staff at all stages, including being shown various lockups to confirm the space I requested was suitable.

Initial enquiry handled very well, all the information I didn't was explained without me having to ask direct questions. And you were willing to negotiate on price which closed the deal over another storage company I was looking into.

The Inventory is pointless. There is nothing stopping this changing over time

Jeff and Lauren were superb. They made everything easy for me to get my belongings safely into storage . They explained everything as often as I needed with patience and kindness. It was a big move for me (Scotland to Wales) and getting everything into storage was not at all stressful. The cuppa was very welcome too ! Thank you.
