had the opportunity to be taken round the premises and was so impressed how clean the place is and structured and making life easy to have access to the room etc.

I was able to book and reserve a room in advance, Jeff and Lee at the chester branch ensured I was happy with the booking, and helped with the online forms! On the day on the booking we realised the room was too small and Jeff helped with searching for a suitable upgrade. Recommendations to use mattress and soda bags to preserve furniture, something I had not thought about. Thank you

The staff were very polite and explained everything in a timely and informative manner which was gratefully aided by a cup of coffee! It is evident the staff are very experienced and proud of their customer relations and during one such visit to the storage area I was approached by a member of the public who asked questions regarding the facility. I highly recommend this storage facility which at all times is clean and exceptionally well managed by two very pleasant staff who are a credit to the company.

Great customer service, initially with phone conversation with Lee, then in person with Jeff. Nothing was too much trouble and taken care of after a stressful day of packing.
