The staff are friendly and informative and helpful, especially Jeff Banks. The online system is very easy to use (the quotes, reservations, and click and collect boxes). Reserving a room is flexible, which I found especially helpful while we got our plans sorted.

I sent a separate email via your website regarding the service I received from Jeff and Geoff. They were both excellent and very helpful and friendly. The situation was very stressful and they managed to sort room and all the paperwork swiftly and without hassle. Jeff also made us all a cup of tea, showed us around and made us feel welcome - this was greatly appreciated by my mum and sister as well who'd had a long journey!!!

Fantastic staff. Great service. Although my storage was on the first floor it was easy to access and the equipment for moving my boxes and house hold items were first rate.
Very disappointed that I lost my lock key and could not replace it with another one I purchased, having to buy your one for £13. Basically being forced too...A little money maker am afraid
