Very friendly and professional service. Lee was very understanding of my needs and helped me find the correct size storage for my goods.

Jeff and Lee made a difficult move v easy and as stress free as possible. They were reassuring and helpful. I've never used storage facilities before but their excellent manner and professional efficiency was impressive and I wouldn't hesitate to use Big Yellow again.

Staff were very helpful and informative, it couldn't have been any easier. The two staff that looked after us were Geoff & Lee from the Chester branch they took the time to explain everything and show us around, they made sure we got the right space for us.

A cancellation of storage, followed by a reinstatement, got us out of a real problem - so grateful to Geoff and his team for being so helpful.

You are not encoraging me to continue with this survey by forcing me to make an entry here. Kindly desist from this practice.
