Very good. I was initially unhappy when I received the follow up call, but Lee was very good in explaining the options, and by the end of the conversation I had decided to proceed with Big Yellow.

excellent, Lee helped prior to the move and on the day we arrived Jeff sorted everything out for us. We were on a tight schedule, but didn't feel the move took too long, especially as we had done most of the check-in on line, which was great

My experience was good only problem we had was with the access which was a little hard to find and had speed bumps, but I believe that is being addressed at the moment.
Everything was so easy and the price was reasonable.
