Jack and Jeff provided a level of service which was truly exemplary. We needed to store a large number of boxes of literature for just under a month. They advised on a suitable-sized storage room, provided a padlock and trolleys, helped to move some heavy boxes when a colleague couldn't be tracked down (I had recently had a hip replacement and was hobbling round on crutches at the time!) and sat me down with a cuppa whilst I was waiting for him to arrive! Two months rental actually cost less than one, but we got a refund for vacating the store early. The storage space was clean dry and well ventilated. What more can I say - if you need secure storage space, accessible 7 days a week, this is the place to go!

From start to finish, the customer experience was exceptional. Jeff and Jack went above and beyond to make the whole check-in process seamless. They were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with every step. You don’t often get this level of service. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right. If you’re looking for storage with zero hassle and top-tier support, this is the place.

Jack was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered refreshments whilst signing the paperwork, and everything was gone through and explained thoroughly. Amazing customer service, felt reassured and secure leaving belongings in the storage space.
