Mo, Amaan and other teammates are extremely friendly, clear, polite and helpful from start to finish and helped us find the perfect storage solution. I am sure many people have appreciated their wonderful service before but I wish more could know because it is rare to have such a nice experience in London even not as a big customer. Exceptional welcome from the team leader and her team, excellent way with clients and fantastic service. In fairness the team pulled out all the stops to get us in the facility at short notice and this is very much appreciated. The place is also very clean inside and out. We chose the facility because of the big yellow team, as well as the fact we could get the service we needed at very short notice.
