Staff is exceptionally well, Mahfuz from the Chiswick store is really awesome, he helped me on loading with forklift and serve us really well

Very friends my and helpful staff. Easy to move in and set everything up. Thank you to Mahfuz who helped me very quickly sort moving to a smaller unit as the one I had originally picked was too big.

Mahfuz welcomed me and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. I had had a stressful morning packing up but he didn’t rush me and gave me some time (and tea and a biscuit!) before he went through the check in. He was patient and showed me different options to check I was happy before committing to a unit. He then helped my movers and made sure everything was sorted and explained clearly; a very positive experience.

Shweta, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for storage, time, price and everything. Always with the best attitude, so genuinely wanting to help. I love there is always someone at the phone willing and happy to help. Something I did not find in other storage companies. I have been with big yellow for 6 years and have upsized twice. I fully recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much!
