I enquired online and received a follow up call from Paul. Even though I hadn't decided 100% whether to use a storage facility, he was polite, helpful and not pushy at all. He was a great ambassador for Big Yellow and I contacted him straight away when I was ready.

As my first ever time using storage, I was helped a great deal in understanding how it is used and also advised on the best storage unit size (saving me money). I would highly recommend this storage place, mainly due to the receptionist who helped me with everything. (I have forgotten her name, but she was an Asian I believe).
