The whole process was stress free. Staff were efficient, friendly and very informative throughout the process.

My initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I enquired in the first place through email and received polite and prompt replies. We also visited the store to check out exactly what was what. All along, we were reassured that all arrangements could be flexible, which was really helpful as we didn't know our exact dates at that point, so made an inexact reservation.

Well explained and handled by your team. But overall process is cumbersome and administrative.
