Polite efficient kind

Josh made a great first impression on us! It was our first time with a storage company and he showed us how to access the premises, gave us reassurance about the safety and security of our belongings, and was clear with the payment terms and conditions. He even went above and beyond by giving us more suitable storage. Overall, Josh made the whole experience much more pleasurable and definitely gave us a better impression of the company afterwards.
