Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Rooms were readily available. Rooms could be booked without deposit and could be cancelled free of charge. The only negative was that the total price was not entirely clear from the outset, I didn't realise it was per week at first and I only found out about the dust sheets, padlock and the deposit when I got to the storage location. I am still happy with the price but a description of the total cost right at the beginning would have been helpful.

We had excellent customer service both over the phone and when we came in. Everything was incredibly clear I had no questions as Aussie (sorry forgot his name) serving us went through everything we needed.

The staff receiving, Tony, is friendly and provided details about the rental of space and very helpful. I was initially frustrated with the "stupidity" of the online check-in as it was not designed for foreigner without a UK bank account. Luckily, Tony was helpful to ask me to go to the site and he helped us to do the check-in. He also did follow with the refund quite promptly.

Staff was really helpful and professional. The 2 things which can be improved is a map/floor map to be sent by email. And the online booking system as it didn't let me book a later appointment. I had to call and change it over the phone.
