The staff receiving, Tony, is friendly and provided details about the rental of space and very helpful. I was initially frustrated with the "stupidity" of the online check-in as it was not designed for foreigner without a UK bank account. Luckily, Tony was helpful to ask me to go to the site and he helped us to do the check-in. He also did follow with the refund quite promptly.
Staff was really helpful and professional. The 2 things which can be improved is a map/floor map to be sent by email. And the online booking system as it didn't let me book a later appointment. I had to call and change it over the phone.

Easy set up. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside for me was the deposit and insurance cost came as a slight surprise although I'm sure if I had asked then I would have been told beforehand.

I had booked by phone one week in advance , I did online check in , I called and got my room number and still had to stand for 25 mins waiting to get access to my room . The guy who checked me on was a gentleman but his colleague was ignorant and not customer focused.
