Joshua, was extremely helpful indeed. I was moving the contents of my house into big yellow and it was a long day. He couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. He stayed back on his own time for over half an hour as i needed an extra unit to cater for the things. Very much appreciated.

Quick easy good customer service

Great service; friendly; quick and professional

No one advised me about the check-in time and I had to pay overtime. On the other hand I had to pay insurances, fees, etc that also no one told me before. The personal in reception was not nice at all claiming that he lost his bus because of me...

40sq ft storage unit. The customer service I received was impeccable. The young guy who served me was polite, funny and did all he could to find me the best price. Very clear explanations throughout the process. The unit was clean and just what I needed. Would recommend in a heart beat!
