The person who helped me, Hamma, was warm, informative, helpful and thorough. She made a stressful experience easier. My husband then dealt with another members of staff on the Sunday who helped us book some extra space as we filled our first room. I don't know his name but he was also extremely helpful and efficient. We were really impressed with your service generally.

Excellent service, and very helpful. Location is perfect. Love the space and the amount of trolleys available to hold our belongings.. I would gladly recommend, i forgot the name of the man but he was working on Sunday the 12th of March and a very nice and helpful man at the Brentford yellow storage.

Excellent service. Very clear explanation of the options, terms and conditions etc. Extremely well presented facility - light, bright, airy and clean. On my first visit I met with Gareth and then when I returned, I was checked-in by M Doyle. Both were really helpful - they are great ambassadors for and assets to your company.
Josh was excellent from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process very well. I was very pleased with the service and have told all my friends about Josh's excellent customer service.
