Product = 15ft storage; 6 months Clean modern facilities. Location ("Chiswick" / Brentford) is workable and prices are better than closer but more expensive locations. "Check-in" paperwork & process could be streamlined. Not happy about the compulsory insurance (customers are old enough to make these sorts of financial decisions). However, as it is compulsory, the cost of the minimum level should be included in the price. Similiarly the additional cost for a lock is also a bit of a cheat. When I use a hotel, I don't expect to have to pay extra for my door lock and my travel insurance covers my belongings.

Good value, great service and good bolt ons like online check in. Room size was good as was the offer to help assess.
