I have used the storage facilities at the Colchester branch for the past 12 months and they have been perfect for my needs. The storage conditions are clean and dry and even papers and other documents have emerged in a good state. Access is good and the staff helpful. A little expensive perhaps but compared to the conditions I have seen some storage services offer these are 5 star.
Having never used storage facilities before I was impressed with the service and the securtiy features - and the cleanliness of the facilities. Would have no hesitation in using again or recommending.
I booked the original storage facility over the web and when we arrived with the contents of our house it was obvious that we needed more space. This was attended to very quickly and efficiently. The whole paperwork process was very easy and quick and the staff were extremelyu friendly and efdicient.
Location was excellent, friendly and helpful staff and the space was suitable for our needs
