Ive use Big Yellow twice-Excellent service, Excellent facilities, good prices & offers.

Used big yellow as we were moving house, and needed to store loft and some of kids stuff while we get sorted out etc. Staff couldnt have been more helpfull, easy access to storage, and good price for size of unit we wanted. We still have stuff in storage and get bits when we want them.

I was very impressed with the facilities at Big Yellow Storage in Colchester. The different types of trolley are nice and easy to manoeuvre (seriously, you do not want to be negotiating with stubborn trolleys when driving furniture!) , and the space is convenient, clean and safe. The staff were friendly and really intelligently helpful when it came to thinking around our customer problems and difficulties. They also highlighted to us various money-back bonuses and gave us great advice. Very happy. Thankyou.

I was contacted by a member of staff of Big Yellow Self Storage after I made an online enquiry. The staff member was very helpful, advising me of the size of storage I required. It sounded too big but the member of staff was exactly right!! The storage and security facilities are really good and being a lady I feel totally safe attending my unit on my own!! Would definately recommend and use again if required.

I have been using Yellow Box storage for over four years now. When we moved, although to a bigger house, we still found we had way too much stuff to get in! having enquired at our local Yellow Box storage facility, we went and looked at a selection of room, chose one that suited us and here we are one room move and just coming up for five years later!

I recently used your storage in Colchester.Having this easily accessible space took a lot of the pressure out of moving house. Staff were friendly and helpful, storage clean. Overall a great solution. Took advantage of offer as well, so it didn't break the bank.

The whole process is slick and well managed with courteous and friendly staff. Openeing times could be stretched some.
