I have use a few storage places and this is the best one. They deserve more than 5 stars, the staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Today is a bitter sweet day for me as I’m moving away from the area but if I ever need a storage facility I will be coming back to Thornton Heath.

Paula is absolutely amazing! I had a booking with Shurgard for my house move, showed up at the time they gave me, only to find no one there. I called head office and all they did was apologise for the inconvenience. I tried calling around all the local units, but everything was closed. Luckily, I called Big Yellow Self Storage in Croydon, Paula was due to close up for the day but stayed behind after her shift had ended and went above and beyond to help. She really knows her stuff and was a total lifesaver - without her, I would’ve been completely stuck with a full van. I’ll definitely be using this location from now on!
