This is long overdue, but had to share the really great custome service experience we had at Big Yellow (Thornton Road) on the 13/12/25. We are really grateful to Mark (staff) who made a stressful situation easier by going above and beyond to help us put things in place. He had a great attitude towards us and was willing to help, even though we turned up just before closing time. He even ended up staying way after his finishing time, which we are thankful for.
