Easy simple and simply fantastic

I rang and spoke to someone straight away who then booked my unit, sent over the check in for me to fill in, and followed up with texts and e-mails to me, very efficient. When I came to check in with my goods a great lady called Sam booked me in, went through it all, she was a great help.

Samina and Regis were very professional. I was intially thinking about renting a storage at Self Storage across the road however the level of professionalism displayed by Sam and Regis persuaded me to go with Big Yellow. I feel comfortable and welcome at Big Yellow. Thanks you Sam & Regis.

I first ended up at the wrong storage place but Sam at Dagenham yellow storage was a delight! She transferred all my details quickly from the barking branch and she was so nice and helpful!
