The team was very helpful & proactive. From the point of reserving the storage, I got a call to clarify next steps, which was helpful. On the day of check-in, Ernest went above and beyond to ensure that the process was stress-free. He even allocated a bigger storage (at very little additional cost) having realized that I had underestimated the amount of things I had. Ernest was happy to wait around past the closing time just to allow me to finish storing my things. Great guy. Helped me out alot. Very happy with the service I'd received from the onset.

It was quite easy and stress free and the team attended to me politely from over the phone and when I got to the store I was received with a warm welcome

We were provided with all the necessary information by the very friendly, professional and helpful staff. (Sam, Claire & Mickey) They helped us to choose the storage box to best suit our needs

I found the staff on all occasions quite easy to communicate with and their assistance excellent.

Overall costing could have been clearer including final costing after 8 week reduction.
