Sam and faizana were very helpful and made my stay at big yellow very stress free they were easy to talk to and helped me in every aspect possible great customer experience. Would highly recommend .

Extremely well organise. Information was readily available. Samira & Ernest (Dagenham branch) were both extremely helpful. Samira was very helpful explaining everything at registration. took time to go over everything again and answered any questions raised. very efficient & helpful.
