Am very pleased with the hospitality being giving to me by (Micky)the first day l came in to the store. The second day that l signed the storage l met Ernest who was very professionally with his job, very respectful.

The team was very helpful & proactive. From the point of reserving the storage, I got a call to clarify next steps, which was helpful. On the day of check-in, Ernest went above and beyond to ensure that the process was stress-free. He even allocated a bigger storage (at very little additional cost) having realized that I had underestimated the amount of things I had. Ernest was happy to wait around past the closing time just to allow me to finish storing my things. Great guy. Helped me out alot. Very happy with the service I'd received from the onset.
