I spoke with Ayub during the enquiry process and he was really helpful by sending me a breakdown of the price. He also helped by giving advice and showing me round when I arrived at the storage to store my goods

I initially dealt with Sam (supervisor/manager) and Sam on the reception and they were both very, very helpful. Sam the supervisor went through the full procedure with me and she explained it in a way that very easy to understand. I found the whole procedure very easy and due to the professionalism of your two staff who initially dealt with me on Monday 22nd October 2018. I visited the storage unit on Wednesay 24th October to make some further enquiries and the lady who dealt with my queries on this occasion called Claire was also very, very helpful. She also is a credit to your organisation and had a very friendly helpful conversation with Claire which cleared up some concerns I had.
