I was very satisfied with the service l was given and the customer relationship was good l will surely tell friends and relatives as well.

The gentleman that severed me Henry, was very friendly and welcoming. During the whole process he explained everything that he was doing and why, I was never left confused.

I was really relax and comfortable with the sale person, he knw what he was doing, very friendly and helpful with all the information that I needed.

Henry and Mickey was vey helpful they explained everything in great detail until I fully understood they showed me all the storage units that would best suit my needs they even made me a cup of tea they are a great credit to your company

From the person i spoke to on the phone to the other i meet at the desk was wonderful. The gentleman i meet at desk (Henry) was very pleasent and helpful. He even offered me and my friends a cup of tea and this means a lot to me.

Was dealt with by Henry who explained everything to me in detail as im a 1st time ever storage use customer and managed to save me some money to which is great, would definately reccomend

The manager was efficient ( I have forgotten his name, if it helps for identification he is a black man ), explained the process well and had a friendly personality with a good sense of humour.

Ease of access to units. staff were very helpful efficient and friendly especially the two that booked me in. I would definitely use the big yellow again if I am in the need of storage
