very good

I wasn't told I have no access to the storage after the closing hours, I went there and I was denied access in which I had my cab man waiting with loads of stuffs to be kept in the storage. This caused me a lot if problem and poor customer service as the customer representative I spoke to over the phone cannot render any assistant.

Everything is great about the service but would be made even better with longer opening hours so I could access the unit before and after work.

only had one complaint. was told my unit would have a sloping ceiling. wasn't told about metal struts also taking up room.

The staff are so friendly, Happy to show you around as many times as you need to and will give you all the information and advice that you need. This is the first time of using a storage place and I am very impressed with the security. The trolleys make moving from vehicle to storage room very easy. I was expecting to pay much more so I was pleased with the price. I would recommend this place 100%.

The young man that dealt with my account couldn't have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble he made my experience hassle free. I have full confidence that my belongings will be safe where they are.

Very helpful staff - I much appreciated the continuity of seeing and speaking to the same people, so I did not have to explain things all over again. Samantha was very good , friendly and efficient when I checked in and made helpful suggestions; Chris was also great with completing the original form on line and, again, it was good to speak to him personally on the telephone on each occasion when I called! I really have the feeling that I am an important customer and it all helps to make things go smoothly.

staff very helpful although an additional security charge was not mentioned, but not a major issue, location ok but being on the a13 you have to go west bound to turn around and come back east, too many speed and avarage speed cameras, building very clean and plenty of lights and cool conditions inside, overall would use again if required, use of online inventory was very useful helped to reduce time, but if you require to add more items you have to go to reception, would like to be able to add aditional items providing you dont exceed your insurance protection level, if more required then you should contact customer services

Easy to use storage facility with added extras to make life easier. friendly staff who go the extra mile for customers.

The service we received was great and the staff were very helpful and polite would definately use again and would recommend to frinds and family.
