My experience was very nice with Big yellow storage

Although the person who dealt with me was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills, I feel he could have had some assistance.

I wasn't told I have no access to the storage after the closing hours, I went there and I was denied access in which I had my cab man waiting with loads of stuffs to be kept in the storage. This caused me a lot if problem and poor customer service as the customer representative I spoke to over the phone cannot render any assistant.

Everything is great about the service but would be made even better with longer opening hours so I could access the unit before and after work.
