The store is at a great location very convenient being on the A13 . Staff is very helpful . I would recommend it to anyone looking for any size storage. A few days ago i came across some tiny storage spaces so the size ranges from a tiny cupboard to as much as you want really , great if your moving and you need to store maybe all your household stuff.

The facilities at Big Yellow Storage are next to none. With a clean and dry environment you can be sure that even your most treasured items will be stored safely. Access is exceptional with large bay's, trolleys and lifts abound. The staff are very helpful but my favourite has got to be 'Trish' the manager who has bent over backwards to help me to the extent that she now has a permanent back ache. Seriously, she is helpful, kind and considerate and treats every problem as if it were her own and always finds a solution. The only comment I have is, it would be nice if there was some kind of discount given to 'long term' storers i.e, the longer the storage, the higher the discount. I've been storing with Big Yellow for nearly 'three years' now and a decent discount would be deeply appreciated. Other than that, BIG YELLOW STORAGE is DEFINITELY, ' a cut above the rest'.
When moving my possessions into storage, I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and efficient, which is exactly what you need when you have the stresses of moving home already! I also think the location is good and easy to get to. I do think Big Yellow is competitive on price although I'm not sure I would go so far as to say good value for money. As I will be storing things for a year, I paid upfront and so get a discount but was still alittle surprised by how much it will cost for a year. All in all though, a good service that I am happy with.

We have had great support in Trish and her team at the Big yellow on the A13, in the development of the Streetwyze community youth music project based in the Flexi offices.They have accomodated us at every stage from the development building works to the launch as well as helping us to develop links in the local community. We have developed a wondergful project for disengaged, hard to reach at risk young people using music thanks to the Trish and her team as well as locals , MPS and councillors . We have been chosen by the Daily Mirror to do an article on us because of the uniqueness of our project it will be out by the end of this month the filming was completed on friday.
I was apprehensive about taking a space with all the checks it seemed to be a long winded process, but the staff at the site made it easy and helped me with all queries. I would recommend this site to anyone needing additional space at home.
Using Big Yellow has freed up so much space in my home and the secure environment means that I know that my property is safe and sound.
The location was convenient, the staff were always helpful and I never had a problem with invoicing or being credited when I closed the account. As long as you understand the rules (and the staff went through it all in fine detail), everything runs very smoothly. It worked for me.
