I was apprehensive about taking a space with all the checks it seemed to be a long winded process, but the staff at the site made it easy and helped me with all queries. I would recommend this site to anyone needing additional space at home.
Using Big Yellow has freed up so much space in my home and the secure environment means that I know that my property is safe and sound.
Access to the site is easy and safe, so unloading etc is easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The storage public areas are well kept.
Having had bad experience of some of Big Yellow's competitors, i would, and do, recommend them. My omly criticism is of the limited opening times at the weekend, given that extended access costs more.
The staff at the Dagenham branch are extremely helpful. I am registered disabled and I found the whole experience of getting extra storage space for my circumstances very easy with a lot of guidance and supportive help from the Manager Patricial Evans. Her knowledge was invaluable in ensuring that I got the best out of my storage experience. I highly recommended these storage facilities to others. The only thing that I feel might be increased is the access times, although the availability of 5am to 11pm is adequate for most people.
The location was convenient, the staff were always helpful and I never had a problem with invoicing or being credited when I closed the account. As long as you understand the rules (and the staff went through it all in fine detail), everything runs very smoothly. It worked for me.
