The customer service was excellent. Alan, who was the member of staff I spoke to, was fantastic and made the whole process really easy and stress free.

In all aspects of the job

The staff have been absolutely lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Three people in particular at derby the lady with brown hair, and the two gentleman one with glasses and Alan. Very welcoming, prompt with any issues .

Great pre arrival communication and support. After a long journey we were greeted with the offer of a cup of tea, then shown the unit and quickly helped us change to a bigger space.

Raz was really friendly and explained everything in detail. She proceeded my paperwork quickly and efficiently. And then she made sure I understood how to access my stuff.

Alan was very helpful and informative, really nice chap.
