Ashley did really well explaining all costs and everything required to do with the unit. She was really apologetic after the computer system crashed which prolonged the time in completing the rental. All colleagues were on hand to help out with the problem.

I was looked after by Rav who couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. Explained everything clearly and also offered a hot drink when I arrived in the snow!

Attention to people’s needs and lots of information. Alan at the deck was very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable of everything that’s we needed to know, even showed us how to get access and where our storage was. Everything was extremely well done and price reasonable for the first 8 weeks that was extremely helpful in our unfortunate circumstances.

A warm welcome from the staff, clear communication, ready to provide assistance. Clean and secure environment. Accessible storage, and equipment available to facilitate carrying stuff.
