Very easy, can't fault it really

Initial enquiry handled very well. Information provided concisely and in time appropriate manner. Willing to show us the storage facilities to better inform our choice and make sure it was correct and we wouldn't be paying for more space than we needed.

Excellent communication from the start. Kept informed throughout the process. Very professional staff. I would especially like to thank Elliot from the Derby SInfin Lane facility for his particular thoughtfulness towards my wife.
