Staff very friendly and helpful explaining various storage options.

Elliot the manager was very helpful, he explained everything went through things, he even changed from an upstairs to a downstairs room because we are both wheeichairs users and our children help us load the room.

Initial telephone enquiry at Nottingham branch was very informative, staff member was very pleasant and helpful with regards my requirements. As I live in Derby but was storing goods from my mums home in Nottingham he recommended the Derby branch which was very close to my home. Very quick response by email giving further information. On visiting the Derby branch to book a locker the staff member was very clear in describing the process, showed me the lockers that he believed would fulfill my requirements and explained the entry/access to the building when storing my goods.

I contacted BY some months b4 I needed the room. The follow up calls were the right frequency & well balanced; no hard-sell. I dealt with 3,members of staff. Alex, who actually took my payment, was particularly helpful & informative.

It was very easy I knew what I needed to do after the initial phone call then when I went into reception we was warmly greeted by Aaron who showed us around and quickly did the paper work and we started moving our stuff in. Very friendly :)
