I contacted BY some months b4 I needed the room. The follow up calls were the right frequency & well balanced; no hard-sell. I dealt with 3,members of staff. Alex, who actually took my payment, was particularly helpful & informative.
It was very easy I knew what I needed to do after the initial phone call then when I went into reception we was warmly greeted by Aaron who showed us around and quickly did the paper work and we started moving our stuff in. Very friendly :)

The service provided was slick and professional but for me the experience was further enhanced by the two two gentlemen at the front desk who were approachable anfd good humoured during what was a very stressful experience for us. I know their names began with an A- I think it was Aiden and Alex but my apologies if I have that wrong.
The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful,show me around and how to use the building facilities.

The service was great. People who work there are lovely. The issue I had was that the lift was broken and my unit wasn't on the ground floor and so I had to either wait for it to be fixed or carry my things up and down the stairs. Luckily on this occasion I only had a few things but 2 days before I had a full Luton van of stuff and a tight time frame to return the van. If this had happened at that point then I'm not sure what we could have done.
The easy and relaxed way in which your staff deals with customers .
